These Event & Retreat Terms apply to Front Rowe Ventures events, retreats, gatherings, workshops, fellowship experiences, and related in-person or virtual offerings.
Your spot is not guaranteed until registration and payment, if required, are completed.
Some events or retreats may have limited availability. Front Rowe Ventures reserves the right to close registration when capacity is reached.
By attending an event or retreat, you agree to participate respectfully, responsibly, and at your own discretion.
You are responsible for your own health, travel, lodging, belongings, medications, personal decisions, and physical participation.
Some events or retreats may include physical activity, training, walking, outdoor activities, breathwork, fasting, cold exposure, or other experiences that may not be appropriate for everyone.
You are responsible for determining whether participation is safe for you. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, concern, or limitation.
Front Rowe Ventures exists to create an environment of growth, respect, responsibility, honesty, faith, and brotherhood.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, threatening, intoxicated, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the event.
Removal from an event does not guarantee a refund.
Event schedules, speakers, activities, locations, and details may change due to weather, logistics, safety, availability, or other circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important changes.
Unless specifically stated, participants are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation, and related expenses.
Front Rowe Ventures is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, missed flights, lodging issues, or personal expenses.
By attending, you understand that participation may involve risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, injury, emotional discomfort, outdoor conditions, travel issues, and interaction with other participants.
You voluntarily assume these risks.
Unless you notify us in writing before the event, you grant Front Rowe Ventures permission to capture and use photos, videos, or audio from the event for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please contact us before the event.
Event and retreat refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy or the specific terms listed on the event registration page.
