This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to coaching, events, retreats, fellowship offerings, digital products, donations, and other purchases made through Front Rowe Ventures unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Coaching packages are purchased according to the terms shown at checkout, on the application page, or in the written agreement provided to the client.
Because coaching requires reserved time, planning, preparation, and ongoing support, coaching payments are generally non-refundable once the coaching period has begun.
For 3-month or 6-month paid-in-full coaching packages, the full payment secures the coaching term and access to the agreed-upon support.
Refunds are not guaranteed once coaching has started. Any exception is handled at the sole discretion of Front Rowe Ventures.
If a payment plan is offered, the client agrees to complete all scheduled payments for the selected coaching term unless otherwise stated in writing.
Missed or failed payments may result in paused services, canceled access, or collection of the remaining balance.
Clients are expected to attend scheduled calls on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed calls without proper notice may be forfeited and may not be rescheduled.
Event and retreat registrations may involve limited space, planning costs, venue commitments, materials, lodging, meals, staffing, and other expenses.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.
Refund eligibility for event or retreat payments will be based on the specific terms provided at the time of registration.
Front Rowe Ventures reserves the right to adjust this based on the nature of each event or retreat.
Digital products, downloads, courses, guides, or online resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered.
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.
If Front Rowe Ventures cancels an event or retreat, registrants will be notified and may be offered a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduled date depending on the situation.
Front Rowe Ventures is not responsible for travel costs, lodging, missed work, or other personal expenses unless specifically stated in writing.
